The Nile River stretches over 4,000 miles and is one of the longest rivers in the world. Africa also has Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain on the continent, with snow on top even though it is near the equator!
People in Africa speak over 2,000 different languages! Kids in Africa love playing soccer, telling stories, and dancing to music with drums. Many families share meals together, and popular foods include rice, stews, and flatbreads. Africa is home to ancient civilizations, and people there have been making art, music, and inventions for thousands of years.
