Walruses are big, heavy animals that live near the cold Arctic ocean. They have two long tusks that stick out of their mouth. Walruses are tough animals that live in some of the coldest places on Earth!
Walruses have thick, wrinkly skin and a lot of blubber to keep them warm. Their tusks can grow up to three feet long. Walruses have big, bristly whiskers on their face that look like a mustache.
Walruses use their whiskers to find clams and snails on the dark ocean floor. They suck the clams right out of their shells! A walrus can eat thousands of clams in one meal.
