When you need help, you might feel frustrated, confused, or overwhelmed. It can feel scary to speak up, but once you ask for help, you usually feel so much better. It is like a weight being lifted off your shoulders!
Grownups like parents, teachers, and school counselors are always there to listen and help you. You can just say “I need help, please,” and a grownup will be right there for you. You can also ask a friend or a classmate if you need help with something at school!
