Giraffe

The giraffe is the tallest animal in the whole world. Its long neck helps it eat leaves from the very top of trees. Giraffes have brown patches all over their body, and no two giraffes have the same pattern. They also have big brown eyes and tiny horns on top of their heads.

Giraffes live in Africa where there are lots of trees and grass. Baby giraffes can stand up and walk just one hour after they are born! Giraffes are gentle animals that like to live together in groups. They only need to sleep for a little bit each day.
